1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Time Frame: You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Direct Purchases: Refunds apply only to products and services purchased directly from Statera Health and Wellness.

  • Conditions: To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition or the service must not have been fully rendered. Certain items may be excluded as noted below.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital Products & Services: Digital downloads, online courses, or consultation sessions that have been accessed or consumed are generally non-refundable.

  • Special Promotions: Items purchased during special promotions or with special discounts may have different refund conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Customized Orders: Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for a refund unless the product is defective or not as described.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@staterahealthandwellness.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your reason for the refund.

  • Review Period: Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the decision within 5 business days.

  • Approval and Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the service or product is unsatisfactory.

 

4. Order Cancellations

  • Before Processing: Orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

  • After Processing: Once an order has been processed and shipped or a service has commenced, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds may not be granted.

 

5. Exchanges and Store Credit

  • Exchanges: If you prefer, you may be eligible for an exchange for a different product of equal value.

  • Store Credit: In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Please discuss your preference with our customer service team.
