Cancellation Policy

To help us maintain our high standards and manage our schedule effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellation Requirements Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email or call and provide your appointment details. Late Cancellation Fee If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of the service price will be charged. The fee applies to all services unless otherwise agreed upon by Statera Health & Wellness management. Rescheduling Policy If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may also incur the applicable cancellation fee. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur.
