Cancellation Policy

At Statera Health & Wellness, we value our clients and strive to deliver exceptional service. To help us maintain our high standards and manage our schedule effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellation Requirements Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email or call and provide your appointment details. Late Cancellation Fee If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of the service price will be charged. The fee applies to all services unless otherwise agreed upon by Statera Health & Wellness management. Rescheduling Policy If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may also incur the applicable cancellation fee. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. If you experience an emergency, please contact us immediately to discuss potential exceptions. All exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
